Loyalty program
The LoyaltyProgram family — 7 operations.
A loyalty program is the rule book for earning and spending points: the currency it counts in, how many points each amount of eligible spend earns and how many points make a unit of discount, plus optional earn multipliers for chosen products or categories, time-boxed bonus windows and named tiers with their thresholds — up to eight of each. It applies across the group or to the organizations you list, inside its date window. Create it here and keep the rules current — the currency and the start are fixed at birth; pause it to stop earning and redeeming, and enroll members from the record. A program with members cannot be retired.
