Loyalty member
The LoyaltyMember family — 7 operations.
A loyalty member is one customer enrolled in one loyalty program — identified by email (required; one enrollment per program and email), with a name and phone, an optional tier, a customer price group and a link to the shopper’s customer record. Points earn and redeem at the till as orders place, cancel and return; the balance shown here moves with every ledger entry and never goes below zero. Enroll the member here, keep the details current, adjust points with a reason when a correction is due, and open the Points ledger for the story behind the balance. A member with points outstanding cannot be retired.
