The transitionCsCase op vocabulary.

Values

Value	Notes
`start`	open → in_progress (authority:cs — begin working the case).
`await_customer`	in_progress → pending_customer (waiting on the customer; a consumer reply AUTO-RESUMES — the addMyCaseMessage engine fires resume in the same commit).
`resume`	pending_customer → in_progress (the customer responded / staff resumes).
`escalate`	in_progress → escalated (a higher support tier takes it).
`de_escalate`	escalated → in_progress (back to the working lane).
`resolve`	in_progress → resolved — ⚠ REQUIRES the resolution block PRESENT on the case.
`reopen_unresolved`	resolved → in_progress (the proposed resolution did not stick — BEFORE close; after close, reopen = a NEW linked case).
`close`	resolved → closed (authority:cs; terminal ▣ immutable — legitimate history, stays listed; reopen = a NEW case via linkedFromCaseId). The resolved→closed row also carries the DORMANT system:auto_close twin.
`cancel`	open\|in_progress → cancelled (authority:cs; terminal ✦ doomed — spam/duplicate/withdrawn; drops from listings; NOT reopenable-by-link — ruling).
