What it does

Re-check your Stripe account’s status — charges enabled? details submitted?

Pull the connected account's CURRENT charges_enabled/details_submitted and re-stamp the org. Unprovisioned refuses CONFLICT/REF_STATE; a processor read failure maps CONFLICT/RECONCILE (retryable). Requires the unrestricted capability + the CURRENT revision (OCC).

What happens

Reads the processor and re-stamps the flags; no webhook dependency.
