Corporate customer
The CorporateCustomer family — 7 operations.
A corporate customer is a business you sell to on business terms — the shared customer master for your whole group, kept deliberately thin: the trading name, the registered legal name, the tax id and a code of your own. Its people and addresses ride contacts and contact assignments (a corporate customer is a host — its buyers are contacts assigned in the purchasing-buyer role), and the commercial terms live on a customer account per organization: an active customer account is what enables selling on terms. Create it here, search the book by name, and enable it for an organization from the record; a customer with live customer accounts or contact assignments cannot be retired, while open orders never block. The code is a free reference of your own, not required to be unique.
