The report's sort — over an OUTPUT column name (totalMinor.sum, createdAt.month, count, a projected field, …), never a raw roster field; the direction is the contracts SORT_DIRECTIONS vocabulary. Absent: groups by count desc then the keys asc; rows newest first.
