`items`	OrgVendorItem `[OrgVendorItem!]!`	The page's records (doomed drops per page, a page may hold FEWER than `limit`; walk until `nextToken` is null).
`nextToken`	String	Present ⇒ more may remain (pass back verbatim as `nextToken`); null ⇒ the listing is complete. Opaque + tenant-bound.
`matchCount`	Int	The matched-set size of a FILTERED/SORTED read: EXACT when `matchCountExact` is true; the matches counted through this page when false (the stream has a cursor — ask again for more); null on an unfiltered page.
`matchCountExact`	Boolean	Whether `matchCount` is the exact matched total (true), or the matches seen so far on a read that stopped when its page was full (false — the cursor continues it); null beside a null matchCount (the unfiltered lane).
