input type
Create-input for a TransferLane. The tenant (org group) is derived SERVER-SIDE from the principal; sourceLfId and destinationLfId are tenant-scoped server-side, must BOTH be ACTIVE (CONFLICT/REF_STATE), and must DIFFER; rank is REQUIRED iff mode is ranked (strict both ways); the ordered-pair marker reserves in the SAME transaction (a LIVE holder refuses CONFLICT/IDENTITY_TAKEN naming it; a DOOMED holder is taken over).
