Edit-input for a PriceList. Every field optional, at least ONE required; supplied fields REPLACE, omitted fields are preserved (no clearing semantic). orgCustomerId is NOT editable (the contract scope is IMMUTABLE at birth, a contract is a contract: author a new list); window edits re-run the pairwise law at the boundary and the merged-doc cross-check kit-side (either half alone re-validates against the stored other — a scoped list can never shed its term).
