Every field optional, at least ONE required; supplied fields REPLACE, omitted fields are preserved (no clearing semantic). manufacturerId is NOT editable (immutable at birth, the selection IS the (org × master) edge; re-pointing = recreate), nor is the parent-org ref (the header).
