Edit-input for a Manufacturer. Every field optional, at least ONE required; supplied fields REPLACE, omitted fields are preserved (no clearing semantic yet). A supplied characteristicFormats list replaces WHOLESALE (the Role-descriptors precedent; releases every format rule) and is re-gated per entry exactly like create.
