The FX capture: the entry's own currency/amountMinor ARE the foreign holding; this block adds the exact rate applied + the settlement value BOOKED at the till rate — the left operand of the future realized-gain/loss computation (the banking/drop realization = a later slice). Rides the FOREIGN cash_sale entry only.
