One output column of a report: its name in the row (`<field>`, `<field>.<bucket>`, `<field>.caption`, `count`, `<field>.<fn>`) and its kind — a roster kind (text · enum · ref · date · number · money · flag) or one the report mints: count · caption · bucket.
