WHEN a promotion fires: minQty = Σ scope-matched integer units; minSubtotalMinor = Σ matched lines' RUNNING subtotal at position 3 (after manual + coupon); required refs = ANY present in the cart (category = SUBTREE). Tiered qty breaks = MULTIPLE promotions (the recorded simplification — minQty IS the threshold).
