The 9 canned drawer entry types. recordCashEntry accepts the MANUAL subset only (paid_in | paid_out | drop | pickup); float_in/count_adjust are open/close-posted; cash_sale/cash_refund/change_given post ONLY through the tender writers (applyTender/refundTender/the Return refund writers).
