# Token purchase

The `TokenPurchase` family — 3 operations.

A kernel purchase buys prepaid kernels for the wallet — you choose the USD amount and the server prices it at the volume tier (dollars per million kernels, cheaper in bulk). The purchase settles when the payment processor confirms; a settled purchase never changes.
