# Storefront

The `Storefront` family — 8 operations.

A storefront is your web shop’s publish configuration — the selling location it sells from, a canned theme, the merchandised collections, and optionally a custom domain. Publishing takes it live and claims the domain globally; unpublishing takes it down and frees the name. The record is the control plane — it provisions no serving infrastructure yet.

## Operations

| Operation | Kind | What it does |
| --- | --- | --- |
| [createStorefront](/reference/storefront/createStorefront/) | mutation | Set up an online storefront for one of your organizations — pick the selling location, a canned theme, the collections it merchandises, and optionally a browse tree, a channel division and a custom web address. |
| [doomStorefront](/reference/storefront/doomStorefront/) | mutation | Decommission a draft or taken-down storefront permanently — the record stays as history but never goes live again. |
| [publishStorefront](/reference/storefront/publishStorefront/) | mutation | Take a draft storefront live — the whole configuration is re-checked and the custom web address (if set) is claimed. |
| [republishStorefront](/reference/storefront/republishStorefront/) | mutation | Put a taken-down storefront back live — the configuration re-checks and the web address (if set) is claimed again. |
| [storefront](/reference/storefront/storefront/) | query | Look up one online storefront — its theme, selling location, collections and lifecycle state. |
| [storefronts](/reference/storefront/storefronts/) | query | List your online storefronts — decommissioned ones drop from the listing; drafts, live and taken-down sites stay. |
| [unpublishStorefront](/reference/storefront/unpublishStorefront/) | mutation | Take a live storefront down — the web address is released and the configuration stands for a later republish. |
| [updateStorefront](/reference/storefront/updateStorefront/) | mutation | Edit a storefront — its name, selling location, theme, web address, collections, browse tree or channel division. |
