# Review

The `Review` family — 3 operations.

A product review is one shopper’s written verdict on one product — a rating from 1 to 5, a title and a body — with a verified-purchase mark the system stamps itself when the shopper points at an order that really bought the product. The shopper writes and edits it on their own lane; staff never author or change the words. What you do here is moderate: a new review waits as pending — approve it, then publish it to make it customer-visible, or reject it; an approved or published review can be removed. Rejected and removed are final, and a fresh review by the same shopper on the same product may replace them — one live review per shopper and product.
