# FX rate

The `FxRate` family — 5 operations.

An FX rate is a dated exchange window between two currencies — absolute buy and sell rates at group level, with adjust and par overrides per organization or logical facility. A window is immutable once effective: supersede it with a new one; doom only cancels a future window.
