# Customer-support case

The `CsCase` family — 5 operations.

A case is one customer-support interaction — a subject line over a running conversation, worked through a status flow (open → in progress → resolved → closed) with references to the order, return, or appointment it concerns. Internal notes stay staff-side; customer-visible messages reach the shopper. If the platform attested the case as a billable support incident, the Support billing row words that standing.
