# Collaborator

The `Collaborator` family — 7 operations.

A collaborator is an outside person — an accountant, an agency, a consultant — who signs in with their own email and password and holds roles per organization, exactly like staff, but can never own an organization. Issue an invite so they set their own password (staff never see or set it); pause them to cut access instantly and reversibly; erase them when the engagement ends for good — an erased email can never be used here again.
